We’re looking for caring, reliable Care Assistants to support older adults in their own homes helping them stay safe, independent, and comfortable in the place they love most.

This is relationship-led care, not rushed visits or ticking boxes. You’ll have the time to genuinely support people, build trust, and make a real difference in their day-to-day lives.

You’ll be joining an Outstanding CQC-rated home care provider that believes great care starts with valuing the people who deliver it. With minimum 1-hour visits, paid training and travel, and full support from a friendly local office team, you’ll always feel backed in your role.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting with personal care and daily routines
Preparing meals and assisting with medication
Helping with shopping, appointments, and errands
Providing companionship and emotional support
Helping people feel safe, comfortable, and independent at home  What You’ll Receive

£13.60 per hour Monday to Friday
£14.60 per hour weekends
Double pay on bank holidays
Paid travel time between visits at £13.00 per hour
Paid training time at £13.00 per hour
38p per mile mileage allowance
Minimum 1-hour visits — no rushed calls

Full UK driving licence
Access to a reliable vehicle
Willingness to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance
A caring, reliable, and professional attitude  No experience needed full training is provided.
