Job Title: Production Operative (Afternoon Shift)
Location: Lee Mill, Ivybridge
Hours: Full-time, Fixed Afternoon Shift – 14:00 to 22:00 (Monday to Friday)
Pay Rate: £13.11 per hour
About The Role
We are recruiting for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company in Lee Mill, Ivybridge. This is a hands-on role in a warm production environment, suited to someone who enjoys practical work and being part of a supportive team.
Responsibilities- Operating within the production area to meet daily targets
- Handling and moving goods, including some heavy lifting
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
- Keeping the workplace clean, tidy, and safe
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
- Able to commit to fixed afternoon shifts (14:00–22:00)
- A positive team player with a strong work ethic
- £13.11 per hour
- Steady, secure afternoon hours Monday–Friday
