Owens Coffee is looking for an experienced café manager to lead Perfect Waves Café in Ivybridge, Devon. You will coach a team of baristas, manage rosters, stock, standards and service pace to ensure a exceptional guest experience.
This hands-on leadership role requires latte art know-how, weekend availability, budget and labour oversight, and a commitment to food safety. Starting August 2026, you’ll grow with a roastery-driven business and benefit from in-house SCA training.
