Super Flex Roadside Mechanic – South West Area (Exeter, Swindon)
Flexibility deserves recognition – and we deliver. As a Superflex Patrol Roadside Mechanic, you’ll provide the adaptability our service relies on.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and resolve vehicle faults and provide roadside assistance, including flat tyres and battery issues.
- Manage your own kit, keep the van stocked with essential tools and diagnostic equipment, and handle reports with precision.
- Read and understand the situation on the roadside, decide on the appropriate fix, support members, and keep everyone moving.
- A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with demonstrative technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
- A customer‑focused approach.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Flexibility to work at relatively short notice and openness to travel with overnight stays, if necessary.
- Base pay £50,669 per year, with bonuses and overtime up to £57,000.
