Your function

Your role encompasses supporting Quality operations such as inspection planning, quality assurance, and laboratory processes.

We are looking to actively shape the future at our location in Izmir.

In this capacity, your missions revolve around various topics:

• Monitoring error reports daily and adding them to the control criteria.
• Preparing control plans according to production documents.
• Performing process audits planned throughout the year.
• Supporting the team with APQP (PFMEA, MSA, SPC) processes.
• Supporting the Technical Change Management process over the related system in case of changes in processes.

• You are a recent graduate or a 4th year student from relevant Engineering departments (Mechanical Engineering / Metallurgy and Materials Engineering) of universities.
• You have strong analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach that sets you apart.
• You want a career in production with a focus on Quality.
• You are detail-oriented, open to innovation, and eager to learn.
• You have good English skills.
