Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Description: Boratas is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing mechanical components and systems for mobile crushing and screening equipment. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams including production, R&D, and quality control to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, Inventor)
• Design mechanical parts, assemblies, and systems for manufacturing and assembly
• Collaborate with electrical and hydraulic teams to ensure integrated system functionality
• Support prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting processes
• Participate in product improvement and cost reduction initiatives
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in heavy machinery or industrial equipment
• Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling and technical documentation
• Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical systems
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team‑oriented environment
