• hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines,
• have at least5 years of experience in product management or a similar role,
• are fluent in English

• have a strong command of MS Office applications

• Lead the determination and execution of product strategies.
• Manage product roadmaps and product release plans.
• Identify product gaps and develop innovative product ideas.
• Analyze internal and external market dynamics to shape product strategies.
• Research customer needs, expectations, and experiences to define product requirements.
• Develop pricing and positioning strategies for domestic and international markets.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, project, sales, PR, and marketing teams.
• Manage successful product launch activities.
• Represent Anadolu Isuzu at industry events as a product ambassador.
• Guide and support team members while monitoring team performance and productivity.
