Dutch Customer Support Agent - Turkey based
We are recruiting Dutch Customer Support Agents to work in Turkey.
Your Role As a Customer Support AgentYour mission as a customer support agent is to support activities, offering the best quality service to customers, while working with prestigious worldwide brands.
- Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries;
- Answer phone inquiries, provide support and direction to customers, and resolve customer service issues in a timely and empathetic manner;
- Maintain accurate data input of consumer enquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database;
- Troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents, and system training;
- Be able to offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.
- Fluency in Dutch C1/C2 or native;
- Good knowledge of English (B2 level);
- Availability to work in rotating shifts;
- Any kind of previous experience or contact with clients.
