Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a ''Customer Service Representative (6 Months-Fixed Term Contract)'' for our global business partner locates in Kocaeli/Gebze.

The role will provide operational support to the Customer Service team, helping CSRs manage their daily workload and ensuring smooth internal coordination and order-related processes.

The position will be mainly focused on internal activities and follow-up.

• Support the CSR team with daily operational and administrative activities.
• Support customer order entry, updates and follow-up in SAP.
• Maintain accurate order and customer-related information in SAP.
• Support the team with documentation and other routine Customer Service activities.
• Help identify and follow up on order discrepancies or operational issues.
• Contribute to an efficient and well-organised Customer Service operation.

• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of previous experience in a Customer Service / CSR environment
• SAP knowledge and/or previous experience with SAP is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Good communication skills, particularly for cross-functional internal coordination.
• Structured and accurate way of working.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities.
• Proactive and hands-on approach.
• Service-oriented mindset and willingness to support the team.
