In this exciting and challenging role, you will play a central role in shaping the material planning and logistics (MP&L) strategies in MP&L Program Management Team. You ll collaborate with various departments, develop expertise for new project launch, end to end supply chain management and program management actions in a global automotive company.

Responsibilities- Single Point of Contact for Material Planning and Logistics Department (MP&L) during prebuild phases of new projects
- Being in the core of part shortage process for prebuild phases (TT, PP, MP1) of new projects in coordination with all related stakeholders
- Identifying material, supply or logistics-related issues, performing root cause analysis and driving corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinating all related MP&L divisions for launch readiness (implementation of MP&L investments on time, readiness of inbound & internal logistics flow, etc.)
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as production, engineering, purchasing, and warehouse operations to ensure seamless material flow and alignment of objectives
- Coordination of FIR (Finance Information Request) Studies of new projects in PS, PSC and PA Gateways within related MP&L departments according to GPDS
- Supporting logistics operations, route optimization and determining the supplier location decisions in line with purchasing and supply chain strategies
- Chasing the budget targets in line with the department s project and reporting to management team
- Bachelor s Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Fluent in English
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications
- Have strong communication & interpersonal skills and have attention to details
- Be collaborative, team player, customer & result oriented and quick learner
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office applications
- A good and motivated team player, but also well prepared to work independently, output-oriented and ready to take self-initiative with solution-oriented nature
- Interested in latest business trends and technologies (i.e. Electrification, Industry 4.0, Data analytics)
- Data oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Having some experience in data analysis (i.e. Python Libraries) for Big Data Interpretation
- Develop a positive working relationship
