Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Identify production needs and design cost‑effective processes for new products,
• Develop and update process documentation, work instructions, and standards,
• Ensure product and process quality meets specifications,
• Assist in shop floor layout, assembly tooling, and workflow optimization,
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and problem‑solving activities,
• Support machinery/equipment installation and process validation,
• Train production staff on new processes and technologies,
• Analyze production performance and propose efficiency/cost improvements.

• University degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering from reputable universities,
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in plastic injection and plastic molding in the automotive industry,
• Strong knowledge of plastic injection technology, failure modes, and corrective actions,
• Knowledge of production organization and improvement tools is a plus (5S, SMED, Lean, etc.),
• Strong technical knowledge of machinery and equipment,
• Good command of verbal and written English,
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel domestically and abroad.
