Customer Quality Global Engineer

What awaits you in this role?

• Analyse complex quality data from external customers and internal plant metrics to prioritize actions for relevant teams,
• Prepare and present carline Quality status at VQR, QPST, GQPST, EU QM, and other Quality Stakeholder Platforms,
• Coordinate with engineering groups to evaluate and implement design change requests from manufacturing areas to improve reliability and efficiency,
• Analyse vehicle/part complexity to identify risky vehicles in the Field, Plant, and Ports,
• Ensure coordination between Engineering, Production, Executive Managers, MP&L, Logistics, and other relevant teams for issue resolution, vehicle status, and repairs end-to-end,
• Support and guide functional teams with 14D preparations,
• Track all investments and vehicle-level costs against yearly budget targets,

• Advanced level of English proficiency,
• Valid B-level driving license with active driving experience (preferably additional D-level and SRC licenses),
• Completed FTEP Certificates in FMEA, DVP, Six Sigma, and 8D,
• Willingness and ability to travel abroad for business purposes,
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial preferred),

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills,
• High decision‑making ability under pressure,
• Excellent presentation and communication skills,
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams effectively,
• Commitment to continuous improvement and quality standards,
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
