• Carry out supplier relations on behalf of Ford Otosan, represent our company in the presence of suppliers, and take an active role in the business development activities of our responsible suppliers (Exterior Commodity including plastics, glass, hinges, paints, chemicals exc.).
• Manage the order and price update process of the parts and products supplied to our factories.
• Calculate the price tags by making monthly follow-up of the parameters affecting the price changes.
• Do market research for parts, molds and fixtures to be ordered.
• Create business strategies for the purchased product group, communicate with related units within the company and make joint evaluations.
• Make cost analysis with suppliers, contribute to cost control studies.
• Create cost reduction ideas, support the proposals related with the product group, own the proposals from the suppliers within the company, coordinate and launch the cost reduction activities in accordance with the targets.
• Establish and communicate business plans with the equivalent product group specialists.
• Take part in capacity planning activities related to companies that are responsible.
• Visit companies when necessary.

• Experienced or interested in Purchasing.
• Excellent analytical skills with a good problem‑solving attitude.
• Strong persuasion skills.
• High oral and written communication, good at human relations.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Good at time and business management.
• Innovative, dynamic and energetic.
• Able to travel both domestic and international.

• BSc Degree in Engineering:
  Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering.
• Self‑managed and able to work independently.
• Take ownership of deliverables.
• Strong planning and follow‑up discipline.
• Advanced level in MS Office programs.
• Advanced level of English is a must.
