Industrial Engineering Manager — Lean Ops & Capex Leader

Lincoln Electric is looking for a seasoned engineering leader in Kocaeli to oversee process, production, and engineering activities. This role demands at least 8–10 years of experience in industrial engineering and a minimum of 5 years in a managerial capacity.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and CAPEX management.
