In line with Ford Otosan's vision of being the most valuable and most preferred industrial company, to ensure the implementation of the standards determined to ensure the safe, high quality and sustainable production of the facility. Gaining the necessary competence, authority and responsibility to employees for a self-sufficient organization. Position will be based on Kocaeli-Gölcük Factory.

• Supporting and guiding the Operational Production and Technology Team Member and team to eliminate malfunctions and problems
• Managing auxiliary facilities systems for all plant
• Controlling and analyzing the efficiency, breakdown, bottleneck, periodical maintenance progress in MOS meetings with the Operational Production and Technology Team Member(s)
• Managing EM budget with field teams
• Carrying out proposal, analysis and decision-making activities in line with spare part detection studies
• Organizing efficiency / localization / alternative working studies in line with spare part consumption analysis
• Establishing planned maintenance activities and carrying out optimization, improvement and revision activities
• Managing R&M budget with field teams
• Providing support for chronic failures where expert knowledge in the lines is insufficient
• Determining and disseminating predictive maintenance activities, feasibility / project studies
• Determining special maintenance other than planned maintenance activities and creating Maximo maintenance plans
• Improving technical skills of field team
• Managing the commissioning processes of the projects
• Ensuring that facilities, equipment and systems are established and maintained in accordance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 14064, ISO 9001 and ISO 50001 standards
• Following production processes and supporting the solution of bottleneck points and chronic malfunctions
• Monitoring technology, developments, innovations and competitors in the sector and industry, projecting and commissioning necessary applications
• Processing data for the department energy and water management system and monitoring energy consumption to ensure optimum use
• Ensuring the efficient operation of compressors and boilers; developing projects and conducting checks
• Ensuring the efficient operation of water production facilities, wastewater treatment plants, and cooling towers; developing projects and conducting checks
• Conducting research and studies on energy efficiency and renewable energy projects, reporting results to superior
• Managing medium voltage systems across all plants, Siemens 7SJ series relays, Schneider Transformers, Siemens 10kV circuit breakers (types of NXAir, 8BK.. and 8BT series)
• Monitoring legal obligations of equipment in responsibilities areas and carrying out relevant processes
• Developing energy saving projects and ensuring their implementation through field workers
• Compiling a list of critical equipment that will affect production, ensuring backup, determining substitute systems, and analyzing rapid cycle solutions
• Ensuring maintenance is planned for critical equipment lists and actions are taken according to the plan
• Monitoring technical levels of maintenance personnel with training responsibility and planning training
• Ensuring execution of periodic maintenance activities, creating predictive and preventive maintenance plans, and ensuring compatibility with the maintenance tracking system
• Improving and tracking engagement for field teams
• Managing auxiliary facilities for all plants: pressured air, heating & cooling water, HVAC systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), fire detecting systems, wastewater treatment systems, water treatment systems, fire extinguishing, MV distribution systems, lighting automation systems, UPS systems
• Operating high voltage facilities

• Graduated from electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering departments
