Hitachi ABB Power Grids in İzmit, Turkey is looking for a continuous improvement professional to lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and foster a waste elimination culture. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a minimum of 5 years' experience, and a deep understanding of lean tools and six sigma methodology.
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, training team members, and supporting digital transformation efforts. Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English are required, as well as proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with Power BI.
