• Planning and monitoring of paint shop process parameters and quality standards to meet production targets
• Developing and optimizing paint process specifications for production targets and new model launch phases
• Organizing and supporting technical trials, process validations, and pilot runs for new products/processes
• Constraint management for equipment capacity, material availability, and time in paint shop operations
• Conducting paint process efficiency studies to reduce material consumption, rework, and cost per unit
• Leading root‑cause analysis, FMEA, and continuous improvement activities for paint shop processes
• Effective usage of paint shop equipment, robots, and application systems; identifying and tracking productivity and quality improvement opportunities
• Managing equipment/process‑related Capex requests and technical justification process
• Monitoring key process parameters (film thickness, appearance, color match, defects) and providing data analysis to extract actionable insights
• Ensuring compliance with environmental, health & safety, and quality standards (ISO, IATF, etc.) within the paint shop
• Troubleshooting paint defects (orange peel, dirt, sagging, color mismatch) and implementing corrective actions
• Collaborating with suppliers on paint materials, coatings, and application technology improvements
• Carrying out technical studies and preparing presentations/reports for senior management

• Graduate from Engineering departments, preferably Mechanical Engineering
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Persuasive, decisive, and proactive
• Strategic planning and financial analysis focus for profitability and sustainability
