• Identify production needs and design cost‑effective processes for new products.
• Develop and update process documentation, work instructions, and standards.
• Ensure product and process quality meets specifications.
• Assist in shop floor layout, assembly tooling, and workflow optimization.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and problem‑solving activities.
• Support machinery/equipment installation and process validation.
• Train production staff on new processes and technologies.
• Analyze production performance and propose efficiency/cost improvements.

• University degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering from reputable universities.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in plastic injection and plastic molding in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of plastic injection technology, failure modes, and corrective actions.
• Knowledge of production organization and improvement tools is a plus (5S, SMED, Lean, etc.).
• Strong technical knowledge of machinery and equipment.
• Good command of verbal and written English.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel domestically and abroad.
