The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front‑end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.

Job Responsibilities- Identify production needs and design cost‑effective processes for new products.
- Develop and update process documentation, work instructions, and standards.
- Ensure product and process quality meets specifications.
- Assist in shop floor layout, assembly tooling, and workflow optimization.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and problem‑solving activities.
- Support machinery/equipment installation and process validation.
- Train production staff on new processes and technologies.
- Analyze production performance and propose efficiency/cost improvements.
- University degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering from reputable universities.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in plastic injection and plastic molding in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of plastic injection technology, failure modes, and corrective actions.
- Knowledge of production organization and improvement tools is a plus (5S, SMED, Lean, etc.).
- Strong technical knowledge of machinery and equipment.
- Good command of verbal and written English.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel domestically and abroad.
