We are looking for a Assembly Production Engineer to take part in Hyundai Motor Turkey located in Izmit Plant/Kocaeli;

• Monitor, analyze, and improve production line efficiency to achieve productivity targets
• Identify production-related issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions
• Manage manpower planning and support employee performance evaluation processes
• Lead and coordinate production teams to ensure achievement of departmental KPI targets
• Drive continuous improvement activities related to safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity
• Initiate and lead projects to reduce scrap rates and manufacturing losses
• Promote, evaluate, and implement employee suggestions and improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and management systems
• Lead activities related to Occupational Health & Safety, ergonomics, and environmental sustainability
• Prepare, analyze, and report production performance indicators
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Occupational Health & Safety Management System requirements
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment through active participation in occupational health and safety activities

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering field
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of production processes, continuous improvement methodologies, and lean manufacturing principles
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural environments
• Excellent communication, presentation, reporting, and organizational skills
• Advanced command of written and spoken English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Results-oriented with a strong focus on quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• No restrictions for domestic and international travel
• Valid driving license
• Residing in Kocaeli or willing to relocate
