İnşaat mühendisliği bölümü mezunu olmak, Birim fiyat analizi ve mevzuata hakim olmak, MS Office/Project ile AutoCAD kullanabilmek aranan niteliklerdir. Takım yönetimi ve iletişim becerileri ön plandadır.
