The aim of the Feasibility & Die Process Engineer is to take actions towards Ford Otosan's purpose of becoming Turkey's most valuable and most preferred brand and manage the body quality processes that will ensure that customers who prefer Otosan products are also satisfied with the quality of the product.

In the new vehicle projects of Ford Otosan, Ford Europe and Ford America;

• Supporting new vehicle programs according to Global Product Development System(GPDS) Timing.
• Checking Part Design according to Process Driven Product Design (PDPD) give quick feedback to Product Design Team at the beginning of feasibility phase.
• Providing Stamping Feasibility feedback and proposing applicable solutions to Design Studio and Product Development Teams by using CATIA & AUTOFORM Software for Ford Otosan, Ford of Europe and Ford North America new vehicle projects.
• Reviewing the lesson learns from previous projects and creating solutions for best-in-class quality parts.
• Participating vehicle design meeting and be a part of problem resolutions.
• Taking an active role in determining the stamping die investments by defining Creating process concept, deciding process parameters for each part which is appropriate to Main and Alternative Press Lines according to Global Press Book.
• Generating cost saving and quality improvement actions at mass productions.
• Preparation/outsourcing of 3D data which are required for die design and manufacturing.
• Investigating new technologies to improve stamping operations and die manufacturing
• Providing subject matter expertise and supporting tooling supplier.

• Graduate from Mechanical Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Metallurgical and Materials Engineer
• Preferably, at least 3 years sectoral experience in stamping engineering and/or manufacturing of sheet metal dies.
• Preferably, at least 2 years of experience in sheet metal forming simulations with Autoform software
• Working knowledge Catia v5 (Preferably Generative Shape Design)
• Competent in MS Office
• Being eligible to travel abroad
