To solve all kinds of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic problems of the facilities, machinery and equipment used in production, to perform their maintenance, to make the necessary coordination for spare parts work and supply, to support the efficient operation of the machines, to ensure the coordination of the work of maintenance engineers with manufacturing.

• Carrying out the maintenance-repair activities in the facility in accordance with the standards and ensuring the efficient operation of the machines with planned maintenance practices.
• To ensure that the maintenance and repair works of the equipment in the area of responsibility are carried out in accordance with the relevant standard, technique and time plan, and to monitor and control.
• To examine the failure and maintenance frequencies of the equipment and systems in the area of responsibility, to work on preventing failures and shortening the recovery times.
• By ensuring the coordination of maintenance workers, ensuring their work in accordance with occupational safety, managing the workforce dependent on it.
• Inspecting the reliability of equipment and protection systems in terms of process safety and occupational safety and ensuring that they comply with the relevant safety standards.
• Organizing and realizing planned maintenance activities carried out within the scope of TPM.
• Monitoring the industrial material consumption rates in the maintenance department and carrying out studies to reduce consumption. Determining the minimum stock quantities of spare parts and materials and creating the needs.
• Effective work and coaching with production and maintenance work groups.
• Establishment and support of Maintenance Management Systems.
• Preparing, implementing and revising the instructions and procedures of the unit for which they are responsible.
• Identifying the training needs of the team/workforce he/she is responsible for, following the development areas and ensuring their professional/personal development.
• Ensuring effective use of the maintenance management program by the whole team.
• Carrying out accidental, planned and preventive maintenance activities of the equipment of the facility.
• Execution of necessary purchases, technical evaluations, control of progress payments.
• Execution of new equipment commissioning projects.
• Projecting and making the developments of Industry 4.0 and smart production/maintenance systems.
• Making digital transformations in all areas.

• Participate in risk analysis teams within manufacturing areas, conduct safety walks, identify and follow up on preventive measures for unsafe situations and behaviours, and ensure their implementation (ISO 4501).
• Ensure that occupational safety instructions are followed by employees in the manufacturing area.
• Track process improvement activities related to occupational safety in the manufacturing area.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Die maintenance, Central maintenance and Safety teams within Press Leadership, Tool & Die Leadership. Maintain relationships with other workshop, plant areas/departments and engineering teams.

• Graduated from Universities Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
• Have a very good command of English,
• Able to use MS Office programs well,
• Prone to teamwork, strong communication, analytical thinking, advanced human relations and communication skills, dynamic results-oriented and loving the workshop environment,
• Completed military service (for male candidates),
