We are looking for a Paint Production Engineer to take part in Hyundai Motor Turkey located in Izmit Plant/Kocaeli;

• Support production and engineering team with production and quality problems
• Propose budget for investment of new equipment and drive these investments
• Produce written reports and make presentations
• To take an active role in the solution of quality improvement activities
• Participating in problem solving teams, execute process improvement projects
• Prepare project outlines, follow up the schedule and budget issues
• Decide, implement and manage KPI (key performance indicators)

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
• 1-3 years' experience in relevant automotive industry
• Willing to work in painting, sealing & coating systems
• Robotic and automation knowledge is a plus
• Advanced level of English in writing and speaking
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools, additional computer skills are plus
• Excellent ability to use CAD software to understand 2D or 3D design prints (preferably Autocad, Catia)
• Approach for cost saving activities
• Knowledge of a wide range of problem-solving tools & methods (Root Cause Analysis, 8D, Poke Yoke, Six Sigma etc.)
