Medium Voltage Order Manager

Siemens Gebze factory is the lead factory for Air Insulated Switchgears in Siemens World and exports to more than 80 countries worldwide. We are looking for a Medium Voltage Order Manager who will be responsible for managing and running the entire project management process of MV factory switch gear orders and working with different countries.

• Conduct project (order) management and manufacturing processes of MV Switchgear orders.
• Establish and monitor the project (order) plan.
• Coordinate and collaborate with factory internal groups.
• Work closely with engineering and proposal groups.
• Provide close communication with Siemens Regional companies.
• Evaluate process risks and initiate necessary actions.
• Ensure that project (order) processes align with factory processes.
• Follow Siemens Production System principles.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience, preferably in the Switchgear business.
• University degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Good communication and people management skills.
• Solution-oriented and willing to work with different cultures.
• Advanced command of English;
  German is an asset.
• Strong command of MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of Switchgear Technology.
