• Degree in computer science or engineering
• 1-6 years of experience on related areas
• Expert experienced in MDM (Mobile Device Management) and VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) technologies
  . Strong ability to resolve problems and process issues with platform both on-prem and cloud
  . Designing, implementing, managing and maintaining at the following technologies preferred but not required;
• Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Active Directory and associated technologies (Group Policy, Kerberos, DNS, DHCP). Should have hands on experience with: DNS, DHCP, Client, GPOs, OU, ADFS, Azure AD Connect, AD authentication protocols Kerberos, NTLM, LDAP, LDAPS & LDAPAzure Infrastructure and Azure Active Directory
• Experienced in Power Shell scripting skills
• Give consultancy for YapıKredi Bank and subsidiaries applications and projects
• Performing technical proof of concept works for infrastructure management needs
• Applying patch and system updates on managed infrastructure solutions

• Hands-on experience with designing, implementing, managing and maintaining at the following technologies;
• Strong
  
  Experience with VDI infrastructure (VMware/Omnissa Horizon)
  Strong
  
  Experience with MDM (VMware/Omnissa Workspace One)
  Microsoft Active Directory and associated technologies (Group Policy, DNS, DHCP)
• Should have hands on experience with: DNS, DHCP, Client, GPOs, OU
• AD authentication protocols Kerberos, NTLM, LDAP, LDAPS & LDAP-Start TLS
• Exchange on premises, Exchange Online and Mail Archive (Veritas EV)
• Experience in MS Azure, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
• Microsoft OS image preparation for business PCs and Servers (Related Group Policies Hardening, Startup scripts and automations)
• Experience on migrating Azure Active Directory and Handling post AD migration
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• Advanced Power Shell scripting skills
• MCSA or MCSE in O365 and Microsoft 365 preferred but not required
• Project management experience is an asset to this position
• Strong ability to resolve problems and process issues with the Microsoft ffice 365 technical platform
• Provide support and develop pro-active and preventive solutions to 1st and 2nd level support team members
• Performing technical proof of concept works for infrastructure management needs
• Applying patch and system updates on managed infrastructure solutions
• IT systems engineering or systems integration experience with background and knowledge in managing Exchange on premises, Exchange Online and Mail Archive (Veritas EV)
