HGenius is a unique long‑term internship program designed for university students in their final year, where you can experience real business life in an international environment.

• Hands‑on work experience in a global automotive company
• A chance to get to know Korean culture and collaborate in a multicultural workplace

• Exposure to advanced production technologies in the automotive industry

• 4th year undergraduate students or master’s students in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Previous internship experience is a plus
• Ability to attend the program at least 4 days a week (on‑site)
• Strong communication and analytical skills with advanced English proficiency

• Support the day‑to‑day operations of MES and database systems.
• Monitor and maintain production systems to ensure high availability and operational continuity.
• Assist with database management activities in Oracle and MS SQL Server environments.
• Provide technical support for MES hardware and software deployed on the shop floor.
• Contribute to troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of system issues.
