ERP Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced ERP Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a candidate who is skilled in understanding business processes and translating them into our ERP software.

Work alongside our business partners to understand their needs and translate these into system requirements.

Document business processes and identify discrepancies between the business andsystem.

Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement system enhancements.

Educate users and manage the system adoption process.

Solve system-related problems and communicate with technical teams for solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP systems.

Experience with SAP, IFS, or similar ERP systems.

Ability to understand and analyze business processes.

Ability to translate business needs into system requirements.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
