• Supervise security operations, security personnel, and contracted security companies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Support the continuation of the general and administrative activities of the university.
• Minimize risks.

• Reporting potential risks and vulnerabilities, investigating security breaches, and enforcing appropriate measures to mitigate them.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to integrate security requirements into business processes and projects.
• Conducting regular security assessments, audits, and inspections to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with law enforcement agencies and security vendors to enhance security measures and respond to incidents.
• Fostering a culture of security awareness and communication with employees on security protocols and procedures.
• Advanced level/upper intermediate English proficiency and oral and written communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience in security management with a strong understanding of security principles and practices.
• In‑depth knowledge of security technologies, incident management software, and other security‑related equipment such as access control systems and CCTV surveillance.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement security policies, procedures, and programs.
• Physical fitness and the ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergencies.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to security and safety.
• Proficiency in security assessments, audits, and investigations at a large scale.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying and mitigating security risks.
• Proficiency in budget planning processes and reporting.
• Proficiency in ISPS and other port facility security processes.
