Senior Software Test Engineer

The position is located in Çayırova.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mathematical Engineering (master’s degree is a plus)
• Minimum 5+ years of software testing experience in Web, iOS and Android platforms and automation
• Expert knowledge of QA methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Knowledge of Web, iOS and Android OS platforms
• Deep understanding of EV charging services and protocols (OCPP, OCPI); ability to lead testing for complex IoT ecosystems
• Strong experience in testing software applications for Cloud/IoT platforms
• Strong experience in taking product definitions (use cases/stories, requirements, etc.) and turning them into test cases
• Proven experience in building or implementing Autonomous Testing Agents capable of self-healing and navigating complex UI flows
• Expert knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) to build a unified interface between LLMs and the QA infrastructure (logs, IDEs, and browsers)
• Experience using test case management systems such as Xray, Test Rail or Azure Dev Ops
• Experience using JIRA Atlassian and Azure Dev Ops project management environments
• Strong knowledge of Python and working knowledge of Java (Java is a plus)
• Proven experience in designing and building scalable test automation frameworks (Playwright, Appium, etc.)
• Advanced knowledge of integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions)
• Solid understanding of API testing and related tools (e.g., Postman, Rest-Assured)
• Experience writing and maintaining automated test scripts for mobile and web applications
• ISTQB Certificate is preferable
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and debugging skills
• Proactive attitude in identifying issues and solutions that help improve software quality
• Ability to mentor junior/mid-level engineers and conduct code reviews for automation scripts
• Ability to think broadly about business needs and understand market and customer requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• We are looking for a Senior Software Test Engineer who will work on EV Charging Services Platform projects
• Participating in EV charging services platform projects
• Working closely with an agile team of developers, business analysts, and UI/UX specialists to ensure Quality-First delivery
• Creating and executing complex automated test scripts for high-scale web and mobile applications
• Designing and overseeing Agentic QA workflows to automate repetitive exploratory testing tasks
• Architecting MCP server integrations to provide AI agents with secure access to testing environments and documentation
• Staying up to date with the latest AI/ML test technologies and driving their adoption within the team
• Managing the end-to-end testing lifecycle, including risk assessment and release readiness reporting
• Testing software across various browsers and devices, ensuring compliance with international standards
• Working collaboratively with team members to complete test case design, reviews, and report issues as required
