Internal Candidate Eligibility Criteria- Is a Lincoln Electric employee with at least 1 year of service
- Is NOT on an active Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)
- Ensure optimisation of warehouse activities at our outsourced logistics partners locations
- Acting as the key logistics contact for internal customers (Demand Planners, finance team, export sales offices etc) and external customers (including Intraco and National/International transport providers)
- Liaise with customer service to ensure prompt delivery and communication of accurate progress reports to the customer
- Plan and organise Intraco and export shipments
- Manage the documents necessary for the smooth running of receptions and despatches
- Organise the transport of goods on national or international territory
- Prepare all necessary documents for export orders (Incoterms)
- Deal with customer or sister company claims for logistics
- Ensure the organisation and daily management of the service provider
- Implement the continuous improvement and review of practices and procedures
- Collaborate with the European Transport Group (local and European contacts)
- Examine invoices and shipping manifests for conformity to tariff and customs regulations
- Coordinating the use of automated and computerised systems
- Review and discuss contract with 3rd party logistic supplier together with global procurement
- Maintains the transport module accuracy
- Follows Lincoln policies and procedures
- Directly manage a team of reporters
- Master’s degree in Logistics and/or Transportation.
- Previous experience in Distribution Center management roles.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Office.
- Strong customer‑centric mindset and pragmatic problem‑solving approach.
- Excellent organizational, planning, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams and adapt proactively to change.
- Demonstrates ownership, sound judgment, and integrity while delivering high‑quality results.
- Develops and influences talent by fostering a challenging and engaging work environment.
- Maintains strong focus on internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to travel as required.
