Genel nitelikler arasında lise mezunu olmak, benzer pozisyonda en az 1 yıl deneyim, B sınıfı sürücü belgesi, psikoteknik rapor ve SRC 3/4 belgelerine sahip olmak sayılır. Erkek adaylar için askerlik durumu da dikkate alınır. Sakarya’da ikamet eden veya edebilecek.
