We are currently seeking a talented “Inbound & Outbound Warehouse Operations Manager” to join our dynamic Supply Chain Directory team. Based in “
Kocaeli
”, this role will contribute to transformative projects under the Consumer Group.

• Bachelor’s Degree from a relevant university department, preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Logistics or Supply Chain Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably within high-volume manufacturing environments, with at least 5 years of experience managing blue- and white-collar teams.
• Proven experience in 24/7 warehouse operations, warehouse capacity planning, inventory management, material flow, and production supply processes.
• Strong experience in warehouse efficiency, operational excellence, Lean/Continuous Improvement, root-cause analysis, and KPI management.
• Experience in managing 3PL providers, external warehouses, and outsourced logistics operations, including SLA, KPI, cost, quality, and safety management.
• Experience with WMS and ERP systems and warehouse databases; SAP WM/MM or SAP EWM experience is preferred.
• Experience in warehouse automation, digitalization, and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) management is preferred.
• Experience in CAPEX projects, feasibility studies, warehouse infrastructure, and investment projects is preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, planning, organizational, and results-oriented skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and proficient use of MS Office applications.
• Willingness to travel internationally and reside or be able to reside in Kocaeli.
• Male candidates must have completed military service.

• Lead end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring the safe, accurate, timely, and efficient flow of raw materials, packaging materials, operating supplies, finished goods, and other materials across domestic and international operations, including receiving, inspection, storage, picking, staging, production supply, and shipping processes.
• Identify current and future logistics requirements and develop short-, medium-, and long-term operational and capacity plans in line with production requirements, business growth, and supply chain objectives. Lead feasibility assessments and the implementation of approved logistics projects.
• Optimize warehouse capacity and material flow, including space utilization, storage density, slotting, layout, dock capacity, warehouse infrastructure, and warehouse-related transportation interfaces, to improve service levels, inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
