Accountant, Tax Accountant, Accounting Manager

Overview

Join Haven Group CPAs & Advisors as an Accountant and help maintain accurate financial records, support payroll processing, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Prepare, examine, and reconcile financial records and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.

• Prepare Payroll tax filings and support payroll processing for clients, ensuring compliance with wage laws and regulations.

• Collaborate with other offices to provide optimal client service and resolve payroll discrepancies efficiently.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred but not required).
\u003
• CPA or EA certification (preferred but not required).
\u003
• Minimum 3 years of accounting and/or payroll experience.
\u003
• Proficiency with accounting, tax, and payroll software such as Quick Books, Accounting CS, Ultra Tax CS, Payroll CS, and Sure payroll.

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
