Accounts Payable Specialist / Receptionist

Our manufacturing client is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist / Receptionist to support daily accounting operations while serving as the front desk point of contact for visitors, callers, and internal staff. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their accounting and administrative skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders, and assist with coding invoices for payment.
• Help maintain accounts payable records and ensure invoices are entered accurately and timely.
• Assist with check runs, filing, and vendor statement reconciliation.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and account information.
• Greet visitors, answer and direct incoming phone calls, and manage front desk coverage.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and general office correspondence.
• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, filing, and supply ordering.
• Work with accounting and operations teams to support day-to-day office and financial processes.
