Job Summary: The Collision / Body Shop Estimator provides customers with automotive repair estimates and coordinates with technicians to ensure timely repair. Proven communication, teamwork, and customer service skills are required.

• Prepare all damage reports accurately and efficiently.
• Obtain all signatures, work authorizations, and powers of attorney.
• Negotiate an agreed price on every job prior to processing.
• Review all final bills and supplemental billings before vehicle delivery.
• Inspect the completed vehicle for quality and thoroughness.
• Greet each customer during the repair process.
• Make every effort to satisfy customer needs and promote our repair services.
• Assertively communicate why we are the best choice for their repair.
• Ensure customers feel welcome during the sales and estimate process.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

• Minimum 2 years of vehicle estimating experience.
• Knowledge of CCC or Mitchell software; experience with ROME a plus.
• I‑CAR certification is a plus.
• Must pass a pre‑employment background check.

• Vehicle Damage Estimating – 2 years.
• Licenses:
  State of Michigan Vehicle Damage Estimating.
• Education:
  
  High school or equivalent.
