• Support the proposal team in preparing high-quality pre-qualification packages and proposal submissions.
• Monitor and track Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring timely responses and accurate documentation.
• Contribute to the development of compelling, client-focused proposals that align with company standards and branding.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the business development lifecycle while actively participating in proposal strategy and execution.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication and collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination throughout the proposal process.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining proposal content libraries, templates, and supporting materials for efficiency and accuracy.
• Participate in post-proposal reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related industry preferred.

• Demonstrate self‑drive and organizational skills in carrying out assigned tasks.
• Proficiency in marketing, writing, graphic design, data analytics, and project management.
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
