Art Moehn Auto Group is seeking a Service BDC Representative to join the service group. The Service BDC Representative coordinates and monitors the activity of the service department to ensure customer satisfaction and schedules service appointments and follows up with customers.

• Communicate with customers on a daily basis through incoming/outgoing phone calls, email, text, or other necessary communication channels to schedule service appointments.
• Schedule follow-up contact when appointments are not created.
• Work closely with the Service Manager to become proficient with overall service programs, and understand the details associated with each program.
• Keep informed of open recalls regarding vehicles, product updates, service offerings and new technologies through available resources.
• Make comprehensive notes in the dealership CRM reflecting all customer communications.
• Communicate efficiently with service advisors and parts specialists to ensure availability of repair parts and ensure timely repairs and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized and efficient work area.

• Able to type proficiently while speaking with guests on the phone.
• Exceptional customer service communication skills.
• Strong phone, email and texting presence is necessary.
• Basic understanding of vehicle systems.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background and drug screening testing.
• Experience with Xtime and Reynolds software a plus.
