- Evergreen seeks a physician to provide advanced primary and specialty care to geriatric and medically complex patients, often in their homes or care settings, with autonomy to deliver thoughtful, patient-centered care.
You will lead medical care, supervise NPs and PAs, coordinate with families, and improve patient outcomes while maintaining a manageable patient census. Travel within Jackson, MI area is required. Monday–Friday, 8–5, with flexible scheduling possible.
