• Approximately 20-25 Patients Per Day

• Provide Inpatient and Outpatient Cardiology Care
• Participate in Inpatient Cardiology Rounds With Physicians
• Evaluate and Manage Cardiology Follow-Up Patients
• Monitor Patient Progress and Treatment Plans
• Provide Patient Discharge Instructions
• Manage Post-Procedure Cardiology Care
• Coordinate Patient Care With Physicians and the Clinical Team
• Support Continuity of Care for Hospitalized Cardiology Patients
• Participate in Leadership and Teaching Responsibilities

• Inpatient Cardiology Patient Management
• Outpatient Cardiology Follow-Up Care
• Cardiology Rounding
• Post-Procedure Patient Management
• Discharge Planning and Patient Education
• No Procedural Skills Required

• Hospital-Based Cardiology Service
• Level II Trauma Center
• Collaborative Physician and APP Practice
• Primarily Inpatient Cardiology Rounding
• Epic EMR

• Board Certified
  - Required
• NCCPA Certification for Physician Assistants
  - Required
• Minimum 3 Years of Clinical Experience in Inpatient and Outpatient Cardiology
  - Required
• Active Michigan Physician Assistant License at Time of Name Clearance
  - Required
• Acute Care Training
  - Preferred
• ACLS Through the American Heart Association
  - Required
• BLS Through the American Heart Association
  - Required

• No Malpractice or Medical License Issues
