Part‑time, 20 hours per week.

• Support the Manager in serving the needs of a diverse community.
• Provide superior customer service to patrons and coworkers.
• Promote a service‑minded culture and vision of JDL.
• Interact with patrons in varying ways requiring professionalism, patience, and a solid understanding of JDL policies and procedures.
• Use customer service talents to build relationships with patrons and the community.
• Take initiative, use good time‑management skills, and support coworkers.
• Problem‑solve, take direction, and lead with optimism.

• Strong technology skills.
• Enthusiasm for serving the community.
• Flexibility and positivity.
• One year of some college or trade work desired.
