Life Ways is seeking a skilled Group Therapist to deliver person-centered, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented behavioral health services in an outpatient group setting. Youll help consumers build skills, process experiences, and achieve their goals in a supportive environment.

• Facilitate psycho-educational and skills-based groups, including behavior management, parenting, anger management, and independent living skills.
• Provide clinical counseling services individually, with families, and in groups using trauma-informed, recovery-focused, and solution-oriented approaches.
• Conduct assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, crisis interventions, and care coordination with internal and external partners.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions, such as Beyond Trauma or MTREM/TREM, aligned with consumer needs.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and meet all training requirements.
• Support efficient clinic operations and perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain consistent attendance and professionalism.
