Segue Inc. is a non‑profit outpatient mental health facility that has been providing quality mental health services to the citizens of Jackson & Hillsdale counties in Michigan for over 40 years, offering intensive and essential services and programs. We are searching for a qualified Team Leader for our Hillsdale, MI, facility.
POSITION SUMMARYThe Team Leader leads the team in providing Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) services to individuals with chronic mental illness who require intensive outpatient treatment. This individual gives clinical guidance, direction, and support to their team and the Impact program's consumers. The Team Leader is responsible for administering the ACT outpatient treatment program following policies and procedures, Medicaid, and CARF standards. Considerable independent judgment is used in carrying out the duties.
QUALIFICATIONS- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related human services field
- Training and knowledge of mental health and community resources with two years of direct service experience
- Licensure in social work or psychology in the State of Michigan is required
- Certification in addiction through MCBAP is required
- Able to type 35 wpm with a high degree of accuracy; experience working with EMR preferred
- Knowledge of the Mental Health Code, Medicaid Standards, and CARF standards is required
- Must live within a 45‑minute radius of the Hillsdale office to meet the on‑call responsibilities
- Annual base salary: $60,000
