Cell Staff, a nationwide healthcare staffing company, is partnering with correctional facilities across your state to hire exceptional Social Workers and Professional Counselors
. We’d love for you to join our client’s healthcare team!
- Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW)
- Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC)
- Limited licenses accepted
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (some weekends may be required)
- 8-hour shifts
- Contract positions
- Provide individual and group treatment
- Conduct casework, assessments, and treatment planning
- Participate in treatment teams
- Support residents with placement, community adjustment, and accessing services
- Active, in-good-standing LMSW or LPC license
- 1+ year of relevant experience
- Strong casework, interviewing, and communication skills
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and make informed decisions
