Centria’s Elevate Program offers a full-time, paid practicum where you gain supervision hours, mentorship, and hands-on ABA experience with children and families. You’ll move through three stages—Emerge, Empower, Ascend—while earning stage-based wage increases and internal support.
You’ll work as a Behavior Technician or RBT, providing 1:1 ABA therapy in home, center, or school settings with comprehensive benefits and a clear path to BCBA, including tuition reimbursement up to $20,000.
