• Developing and overseeing integrated SAP IS-U/CIS solutions across various modules, including billing, customer service, device management (DM/AMI), and exception handling.
• Designing the overall architecture based on process requirements, application needs, and the system landscape, often involving SAP S/4
  
  HANA platform.
• Ensuring technical integrity and seamless integration across SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI) and with third‑party systems.
• Partnering with clients and stakeholders to analyze and define business requirements, processes, and objectives.
• Leading fit‑to‑standard workshops and Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) to scope projects and deliverables.
• Advising on industry best practices within the utilities sector for both regulated and deregulated markets.
• Providing expert guidance and thought leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, including design reviews, testing, data conversion, and cutover strategies.
• Configuring and developing client‑specific enhancements while adhering to SAP's clean core methodology.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues during implementation and post‑go‑live support phases.
• Facilitating collaborative architecture discussions with IT and business executives to develop high‑level roadmaps and strategic initiatives for digital transformation.
• Providing advice on long‑term and short‑term perspectives to leverage SAP functionality effectively.
• Mentoring and developing junior team members and providing leadership in customer engagements at an executive level.
