Direct and manage all plant operations with overall responsibilities for production, maintenance, quality and other production-related activities. Supervises shop employees in a manufacturing environment, implements policies and procedures, and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, personnel movement and working conditions.

• Ability to direct and manage all plant operations with overall responsibilities for production, maintenance and quality
• Several years’ experience operating various CNC machines including lathes and mills
• Ability to read prints and gages
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow quality systems
• Proven ability to perform with focus and accuracy in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• Strong work ethic and attendance, with consistent reliability and accountability

• High school diploma or GED
• 9-12 months of relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent education and experience
• Awareness of quality systems and standard procedures
