We are looking for a driven Marketing Professional to join our headquarters team in Jackson, MI, and help elevate our brand across multiple sectors.

Zephyr Systems Inc. is seeking a talented and creative Marketing Professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for strategic communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, support business development, and communicate Zephyr’s mission to a broad audience.

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across multiple platforms (web, social media, print, trade shows, and client communications).
• Create compelling content including blog posts, press releases, case studies, marketing collateral, and internal communications.
• Maintain and update corporate websites, ensuring content is fresh, accurate, and aligned with branding standards.
• Manage and grow Zephyr Systems' social media presence.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns for subsidiaries and internal business units.
• Support proposal development teams with branding, graphics, and marketing material creation.
• Plan and execute company participation in trade shows, conferences, and client events.
• Track, measure, and report on marketing initiatives to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership and business development teams to ensure marketing strategies align with company goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in aerospace, defense, technology, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with marketing platforms (Word Press, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Hub Spot, etc.).
• Experience managing social media accounts and campaigns (Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to travel occasionally for events, trade shows, or client meetings.

• Experience in government contracting marketing or technical industries.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Graphic design, photography, or videography skills a plus.
