You will earn: up to $24.90 per hour to start!

• Starting wage: $19.50 per hour

• 8‑hour shifts; all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
• Part‑time or full‑time available
• 2nd shift (2 p‑10:30 p)
• 3rd shift (10 p‑6:30 a)

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors
• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans: bathing, skin care, preventative and supportive care, routine mouth care, shaving, dressing
• Record nutritional intake, blood pressure, temperature, respiration, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, ambulation
• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative and recreational therapies by encouraging continued well‑being
• Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition as necessary to the nursing team

• Completed approved nurse aide training program and passed the test
• Current Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification from the State of Michigan (required)
• Excellent customer service skills with commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care
