RN Registered Nurse - $20,000 Sign On Bonus! (Jackson, MI)

Join the Faith Haven Senior Care team! We are looking for a dedicated RN to join our skilled nursing team, providing specialized care across orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. You will assess patient needs, implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Starting wage for RN: $35.15 per hour. Additional pay:

• + $5.00 per hour 2nd shift
• + $4.00 per hour 3rd shift
• + $3.40 per hour hero pay

• 8‑hour shifts or 12‑hour shifts (all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays)
• Full‑time or part‑time available
• Day or afternoon shifts (1st or 2nd shift)

• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis
• Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients and families on medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition
• Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team, giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors

• Current RN license in Michigan and current CPR certification
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or higher in nursing
• Strong analytical abilities for personalized care planning and problem solving
• Excellent customer‑service skills and a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care
• Team player who is dedicated to supporting team members and completing tasks
