Apply for the Registered Nurse position at Nex Care Well Bridge Senior Living. Earn $38.55 – $43.55 per hour, starting at $35.15 per hour, with additional differentials: $5.00 per hour for 2nd shift, $4.00 per hour for 3rd shift, and $3.40 per hour hero pay. • 8‑hour shifts or 12‑hour shifts – all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
• Full‑time or part‑time available

• Provide specialized nursing care in orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, dermatology, and other areas
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and conduct treatments such as irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis
• Advise patients and families on medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition
• Offer preventative and supportive care directed at physiological and psychosocial well‑being
• Supervise the Nurse Aide team, providing direction, training, and contributing to evaluations
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service with guests, families, and visitors

• Current RN license in Michigan
• Current CPR (BLS) certification
• Associate’s, Bachelor’s or higher nursing degree
• Strong analytical abilities for personalized care plans and problem solving
• Excellent customer service skills and commitment to passionate, innovative care
• Team player dedicated to supporting colleagues and achieving goals
